Shipping Information
Orders ship within 3-5 working days, pending product availability and credit card verification.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact hello@noon.world.

NOON is not held responsible for shipping carrier delays or for lost or stolen packages.

International Orders
NOON currently ships to the United States and select EU/UK countries (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, United Kingdom).

Domestic & International Shipping
NOON offers free shipping on all orders within the United States for orders over $90 USD, and free shipping on international orders over $175 USD. Within each region we offer economy and express methods.

USA Domestic shipping methods:
Economy: 4-6 business days
Economy Express: 2-3 business days
International shipments are estimated to take 5-15 business days.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes may be imposed on your order at the point of delivery or after it has been delivered. If you're unsure about if any, or how much duty is required on your order, please contact your local customs office for more information. NOON is not responsible for duties paid on delivery.

International Orders

We ship to select destinations as indicated at checkout. Orders shipped to addresses outside the United States are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser assumes all liability for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any costs associated with international delivery, including return shipping. NOON WORLD INC. bears no responsibility for orders redirected, forwarded, or reshipped by the purchaser or any third party to an address other than the original shipping destination. We do not reimburse shipping costs under any circumstances, including refused shipments, failed deliveries, or returns initiated by the purchaser.

 

1. Benefits and Modifications


Subscribers can choose delivery frequency and enjoy exclusive discounts on eligible products. NOON reserves the right to change subscription benefits at any time, including discount amounts and eligibility criteria. All changes apply to future orders, including active subscriptions.

2. Automatic Order Creation and Notifications


Upon enrollment, you’ll receive a confirmation of your subscription and initial order. Subsequent orders will be automatically created based on your chosen delivery schedule. You will receive advance notification of each shipment with details on your order, shipping date, and last modification date.

3. Subscription Eligibility


Only products marked as eligible for subscription are available under this program. Subscriptions remain valid while supplies last. Benefits are exclusive to the subscriber and are non-transferable without NOON’s authorization.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Renewal

Subscription pricing is based on the product's price at the time of order processing. Charges for each order will include the product price, applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees. Subscriptions will continue until canceled. You may cancel any time by accessing your account on our website under My Account – Orders – Subscription.

5. Returns and Cancellations


All returns are subject to NOON's Return Policy. NOON may, at its discretion, terminate subscriptions at any time without notice.
